Terroir

Location : Languedoc-Roussillon, Gers, Loire Grape Variety : Sauvignon

Vinification

These grapes are selected according to ripeness. Slow pressing at low temperature. Slow fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the aromatic opulence characteristic of Sauvignon.

Ageing

In small, thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, followed by blending of different batches to obtain the best wine possible.

Colour

Crystalline yellow in colour with subtle green highlights, this is a bright and luminous wine.

Nose

Complex with notes of grapefruit and mandarin orange. Highly ethereal and very fresh.

Palate

Delightful, spirited attack with citrus aromas of great lenght. An extremely pleasant and very 'fresh' wine.

Wines & Food Pairing

A very enjoyable wine that can be served as an aperitif or with fish, seafood and a number of more exotic dishes (Chinese or Vietnamese cuisine, for example). Best served at 12° - 14° C / 54° - 57° F. For drinking in the next yera or two.
