Vinification

Maceration with perfectly ripe grapes for around 20 days. The essence of the Merlot grape is thus beautifully captured.

Ageing

In stainless steel vats

Colour

Fairly dark crimson-purple red.

Nose

intense with black fruit aromas (blackberries and blackcurrants) enhanced by a touch of spices.

Palate

Forthright fruity attack. Great mouthfeel. Supple, rounded tannins. A balanced wine with great length of flavours.

Wines & Food Pairing

Merlot teams well with cold delicatessen meats and grilled meat. Best served around 16°C / 61°F. For drinking in the next two years.
