Location : Languedoc-Roussillon Grape variety : Cinsault

Vinification

Must from direct pressing. Controlled fermentation at a low temperature of around 15° C in stainless steel vats

Ageing

In stainless steel vats

Colour

Eye : lovely rose petal pink, limpid wine.

Nose

Nose : very aromatic, fruity, complex nose made up of red berries, strawberry, red fruit cordial

Palate

Palate : forthright opening, lovely and fresh, a light wine, very fond, lip-smacking with the fruit aromas coming out as flavours, good length.

Wines & Food Pairing

Very pleasant with barbecues and salads. It is also perfect with Asian cuisine as well as with paella or couscous. Best served around 12° C - 14° C. For drinking in 2 to 3 years'time.
