Bunches destemmed Each grape variety vinified separately Blending following malolactic fermentation and transfer to barrels in the spring following the harvest

Ageing

Barrel maturation for approximately six months

Colour

Very appealing, deep and bright crimson red

Nose

Complex aromas of fleshy red fruits with a touch of liquorice

Palate

A round, full and fat wine with fruit, wheat spice and vanilla aromas

Serve at 16°-17°C (61°-63°F) The ideal match for game, meat in sauce, delicatessen meats and strong cheese, such as mature goat's milk cheese
