Vinification
Pressing after 12 to 24 hours of maceration prior to cold fermentation low temperature fermentation (18°C-64°F)
Ageing
Matured in stainless steel tanks
Early bottling to test the floral aromas of the different grape varieties
Colour
Nice and bright pink colour with oranged tints
Nose
Light nose of fruit drop
Acidulous ripe fruits
Palate
An explosion of thirst-quenching aromas
Roundness in finish

Serve at 10°-12°C (50°-54°F)
