Local soil from Southern Rhone Valley Grape varieties: Grenache, Clairette, Cinsault, Syrah Selected from parcels with pebbles in 'Vallongues' and chalky fragments in the 'Vestides'

Vinification

Pressing after 12 to 24 hours of maceration prior to cold fermentation low temperature fermentation (18°C-64°F)

Ageing

Matured in stainless steel tanks Early bottling to test the floral aromas of the different grape varieties

Colour

Nice and bright pink colour with oranged tints

Nose

Light nose of fruit drop Acidulous ripe fruits

Palate

An explosion of thirst-quenching aromas Roundness in finish

Wines & Food Pairing

Serve at 10°-12°C (50°-54°F) The wine will perfectly match with apéritif, starters, white meat and poultry Excellent with Asian food
