Grape Varieties : Grenache (75%), Syrah (15%), Mourvèdre (5%) and Cinsault (5%)

Vinification

Each grape variety is vinified separately on a destalked harvest

Ageing

15% of the wine is matured in oak barrel and then in bottle

Colour

Dark and brilliant ruby colour

Nose

Aromatic and complex nose of red fruits and spicy and vanilla notes

Palate

Fat wine with excellent balance Aromas of cherry, apricot and vanilla

Wines & Food Pairing

Best served at 16° - 18°C A great accompaniment to assorted cooked meats, cold starters and white meats
