Villages in the Southern Rhône Valley Grape varieties Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre from selected plots that are sufficiently contrasted to give as much complexity as possible to our " Blason du Rhône Villages "

Vinification

Depending on the terroirs the grapes come from, we use winemaking techniques adapted to the expression of each variety to create the Blason du Rhône Villages style

Ageing

The Syrah and Mourvèdre is matured in oak barrels that have already contained 2 or 3 wines before bottling

Colour

A beautiful dark garnet robe with sparkling highlights

Nose

Red fruit aromas are dominant (blackcurrant, red currant) before giving way to cherry and oaky vanilla

Palate

A balanced wine, long and full in the mouth with a silky, flavourful end

Serve at 16 - 17°C With regional cuisine including daubes provençales (stew) and stuffed vegetables as well as all flavourful red meet like shoulder of lamb or duck steaklet
