Origin : Southern Rhone Valley
Blend : 60 % Syrah, 30 % Grenache, 10 % Mourvèdre
Selected from parcels planted on slopes and terraces made of rolled drift pebbles on the right bank of the Rhône river. The goal of our selection is to create a fine and elegant style.
Vinification
For the Syrah grapes : after a cold maceration, the temperature is increased during fermentation to extract substance while preserving finesse and elegance.
Traditional vinification for the Mourvèdre and Grenache grape varieties.
Ageing
30 % of the wine is matured in oak barrels. Light filtration to preserve all the aromas.
The wine continues to mature after bottling until put on the market a few months later.
Colour
Intense deep red color with purplish highlights.
Nose
Intense nose of fresh fruit and chocolate aromas, ending with more complex fruit and spicy notes.
Palate
Powerful, full-bodied wine with an excellent balance and silky tannins. Subtle aromas develop on the palate into a long, pleasant finish.
