Vinification

Grapes hand-picked and sorted in the field Traditional vinification by grape variety, according to ripeness

Ageing

Matured in barrels having previously contained one or two wines Medium-toast French oak Maturation in unlabelled bottles

Colour

A very appealing, intense, deep and brilliant red in colour

Nose

Complex nose reminiscent of red fruit, leather, liquorice and spices

Palate

Clean, mouth-filling and immediately unctuous impact Presence of soft tannins A lingering, aromatic finish

Wines & Food Pairing

Best served at 16°-18° C (61°-64°F) A perfect match with red meat, game served in sauce and ripened cheese
