The local soil is characterized by high rhodanian alluvium water table
A soil of red sandy clay and big rolled up quartz
Vinification
Manual harvest at maturity
Vinification for each grape variety before to be blended
Destemming harvest
Fermentation in stainless steel vats between 24°-26°C (75°-79°F)
Ageing
Maturation with malolactic fermentation in french oak barrels
Full maturation in oak barrels during 8 months for 1/3 of the whole before blending
Colour
Intense sunny and warm colour
Nose
Complex bouquet of red berry, leather, liquorice and spices
Palate
Round and unctuous
Well-balanced
Tannins are presents but rounds and very smooth
Deep length in mouth
