Direct pressing for Grenache and Clairette grapes Pressing after maceration on the skins for Bourboulenc grapes Barrel-maturing on lees with regular stirring

Stainless steel tanks and barrels

Attractive, bright and limpid pale gold in colour

Nose

Complex and aromatic Fruits with white flesh (pears) Blossom (acacia and linden)

Palate

Silky, full and mouth-filling Exceptional, elegant and balanced wine with a delicious finish
