Loire - Wine from 'Anjou' and 'Saumur' Soil: Limestone and tufa stone Grape variety: Cabernet-Franc

Vinification

Vinification in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks, during which the juice from the bottom of the vat is pumped-over to the top several times and removed once to increase flavour concentration

Ageing

In French oak barrels, 10 % of which are new, for 8 months.

Colour

Crimson robe with glints of ruby

Nose

A bouquet of ripe red fruit, with spice and menthol touches

Palate

The structure is delightful, with aromas coming through as flavours Maturing in oak gives the wine length and harmony

Wines & Food Pairing

Enjoy it with red meat and cheese Serve at 16° C (61° F)
