In French oak barrels for 8 months

A delicate straw-coloured robe

Nose

Very expressive and complex aromas, made up of grapefruit, citronella and acacia alongside a delicate buttery fragrance

Palate

The lively attack gives way to candied orange notes and the roundness resulting from maturation in oak barrels

Wines & Food Pairing

Serve at 12° C (54° F) Its persistency in the mouth make it ideal with sole fillet, pike in white butter sauce or crayfishes in 'court-bouillon'
