Pale yellow colour with green hints
Nose
Citrus notes like grapefruit
but also like white flowers with a butter taste
due to the maturation in oak barrels
Palate
The palate is in roundness,
voluminous and persistent,
emembering aromas from the bouquet

Serve at 12° C
Will match with fishes like smoked salmon, shellfish, 'foie gras' and at the aperitif
