A Cru from the southern Rhône Valley Grape varieties: Grenache, Clairette, Cinsault and Syrah Selection of pebbly plots in "Vallongues" and chalky shards in "Vestides"

Vinification

Pressing after 12 to 24 hours cold pre-fermentation maceration Low temperature fermentation (18° C)

Ageing

In stainless steel vats and early bottling to be able to taste all the floral flavours of the different grape varieties

Colour

Lovely shiny pink robe with orangy tints

Nose

A touch of acid drop, crisp ripe fruit

Palate

A burst of refreshing flavours Roundness at the end of mouth

Wines & Food Pairing

Serve at 10°-12° C An ideal partner for an apéritif, starters and appetisers, white meat or poultry Excellent with Asian cuisine
