Southern Rhône Valley "Cru" Grape Varieties: Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Mourvèdre (15%) and Cinsault (5%) Clayey and chalky soil covered with pebbles on a table-land between the villages of Tavel and Lirac

Vinification

Destalked harvest Grape varieties are vinified separately

Ageing

20%, in 1 or 2 year old oak barrels, for 8 months Then in bottle

Colour

Brilliant ruby colour

Nose

Delicate aromas of red fruits, spices and vanilla

Palate

Extremely delicate mouth with volume and silky tannins

Wines & Food Pairing

Serve at 16°-17° C This wine will best accompany delicatessen, warm starters, white meat, roasted meat in sauce, soft cheese
