Vinification
Stalking harvest
Separated vinification of each grape variety, blended after malolactic fermentation and put in barrels during the spring following the harvest
Ageing
20% in oak barrels for 6 months and after ageing in bottles
Colour
Intense and deep red garnet
Nose
Red fruits, vanilla and morello aromas, spicy touch
Palate
A powerfull and full attack
A strong final with a lot of fruits
