Southern Rhone Valley Cru Grape varieties: Grenache (75%), Syrah (15%) Soil: Clay and limestone, gravel pit on slope

Vinification

Stalking harvest Separated vinification of each grape variety, blended after malolactic fermentation and put in barrels during the spring following the harvest

Ageing

20% in oak barrels for 6 months and after ageing in bottles

Colour

Intense and deep red garnet

Nose

Red fruits, vanilla and morello aromas, spicy touch

Palate

A powerfull and full attack A strong final with a lot of fruits

Wines & Food Pairing

Serve at 16°-17°C This wine matches perfectly with red meat, game and matured cheeses
