Ageing

Maturation in barrels having previously contained one or two wines Medium-toast French oak Maturation in unlabelled bottles

Colour

A very appealing, intense, deep and brilliant red colour

Nose

Complex nose reminiscent of red fruit, leather, liquorice and spices

Palate

Clean, mouth-filling and immediately unctuous impact Presence of soft tannins A lingering, aromatic finish

Wines & Food Pairing

Best served at 16°-18° C (61°-64° F) Will match with red meat, game cooked in sauce and ripe cheese
