Southern Rhône Valley own-appellation wine (cru) Grape varieties: Grenache Blanc (65%), Bourboulenc (25%) and Clairette (10%) Very stony on a base of sandy red clay

Vinification

Direct pressing for grenache and Clairette grapes Pressing after maceration on the skins for Bourboulenc grapes Barrel maturation over fine lees with regular stirring

Ageing

In stainless steel tanks and then in barrels

Colour

Attractive, bright and limpid pale gold colour

Nose

Complex and aromatic Fruits with white flesh (pears) Blossom (acacia and linden)

Palate

Silky, full and mouth-filling Exceptional, elegant and well-balanced with a delicious finish

Wines & Food Pairing

Serve at 10° C (50° F) The perfect accompaniment to fish, white meat, soft white cheese and foie gras Its freshness and complexity make it an excellent aperitif
