Hand-harvested Traditionally vinified with controled temperatures

Matured for 12 to 18 months in oak barrels, one third of which are new

Deep and brilliant cherry color with ruby tints

Black fruits (blackberry) and cherry stone aromas, completed by roasted nuances

Palate

Mouth feel is very full and fleshy with well mellowed and supple tannins Balanced wine with cherry aromas A great aging potential

Serve at 16° - 18°C This wine combines well with filet mignon, roasted pigeon, guinea fowl and cheeses such as Roblochon
