Hand-harvest with picking out of the grapes. Traditionnal vinification in vat with punching the cap Temperature control during the fermentation

Ageing

Matured in oak barrels. Regular stirring Bottleling 13 to 15 month after harvest

Colour

Very intense and dark black cherry colour

Nose

Intense aromas of black berries and spices

Palate

Flesh and very present tannins complex and generous wine. Long finish

Wines & Food Pairing

This wine combines well with strong red meat, cooked game and alf matured cheeses. Best seved between 16° to 18°C
