Vinification

Traditional white wine making 2/3 vinified in stainless steel tanks and 1/3 in oak barrels

Ageing

Matured during 10 to 12 months Blended in spring, after the end of malolactic fermentation

Colour

Clear and brilliant pale golden yellow color with greenish tints

Nose

Expressive bouquet with mostly citrus fruits and orange bark aromas Touch of exotic fruits and vanilla

Palate

Well balanced Liveliness in the mouth with support of acidity and body Mineral notes complete this fresh and round overall impression

This wine combines well with shellfishes, oysters, lobsters, crayfish, fresh-water crayfish and poultry
