Vinification

Manual harvest No or very little settling, fermentation in new and 1-year-old barrels Daily stirring during fermentation

Ageing

Maturation on fine lees in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months

Colour

Pale yellow with golden tints

Nose

Grilled almonds aromas, well-combined with hawthorn flowers and ripe yellow fruits notes

Palate

Round and powerful in mouth, with flavors of butter and delicate vanilla Balanced and promissing structure Long finish

Wines & Food Pairing

Serve at 12°-14°C This wine will combine well with shellfish in a sauce, fish, foie gras, veal with sauce and cheese
