Ageing

The maturing period lasts between 14 and 18 months in oak barrels, of which 20% in news oak barrels

Colour

Sherry color with garnet-red tints

Nose

Red-fruits fructose nose with liquorice notes and toasted nuances

Palate

Beautiful tannic structure Aromatic and persistent mouth
