Palate

This wine rich, fleashy, strengthened and long, presents habitually a good balance between fines tannins, the mellowness and the discreet liveliness

The wine will match with leg of lamb, burgundy cooked beef, Il accompagnera un gigot de mouton, le boeuf bourguignon, les civets, le pâté de gibier et les puissants fromages Serve at 16°-18°C
