It displays a spiced and a flowered bouquet (hawthorn)
Then mineral notes associated to a matured citrus touche appear to be melted with this fine and delicate olfactive taste
Palate
The attack is fresh, the mouth is straight and mineral. This beautiful length is ended on white flesh fruits and citrus tastes
Wines & Food Pairing
The wine may be served with a cream of chestnut and pumpkin soup, a mille-feuilles of scallop-shell with leek or a goat's cheese a bit matured
Serve at 10°-12°C
