At the end of spring when malo-lactic fermentation is finished, the cellar master creates a blend to get the oaked feel we’re looking for.
At this point maturing in barrels is stopped and the wine is placed in stainless steel vats
They are drawn off around a month after the harvest

Fruity with cherry and peony. Discreet wood rounded off by a touch of liquorice
Palate
A lovely mouthfeel where balanced acidity gives way to pleasant roundness
A wine without heaviness with stimulating youth
