Serve at 9°-10°C It is better enjoyed young to make the most of its freshness An excellent aperitif when paired with "blackcurrant liqueur" to make famous Kir or simply as it comes. "Bourgogne Aligoté 2006" easily finds its place with cold appetizers and starters, particularly with shellfish
