Early harvest to preserve the lovely vivacity. Maceration on the skins in the press
Low temperature vinification (Below 18°C)
20% of the cuvée aged on the lees in barrels with stirring
Ageing
80% in stainless steel vats and 20% in barrels that have already held one wine
Colour
Light robe with golden tints
A limpid, shiny wine
Nose
Expressively floral with citrus notes followed by dried fruit
Palate
A supple, tender wine with quite a lively peachy flavoured finale.
